How do I delete my account?
Open the app โ Profile โ Settings โ "Reset app". Or contact us by email
for a complete deletion of your server data within 30 days.
I'm not receiving my notification reminders
Check that notifications are enabled: Android Settings โ Apps โ FirstHabit โ Notifications.
On some phones (Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO), you also need to disable battery optimization
for FirstHabit in the system settings.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, click "Forgot password?". Enter your email and we will
send you a reset link. Remember to check your spam folder.
My data isn't syncing
Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, log out and log back in.
Your data is stored locally and will be synced as soon as the connection is restored.
How do I invite a client (Coach Mode)?
Enable Coach Mode in your profile. Then in the coach dashboard, click on
"Invite client by email". Enter their Gmail email (the one they use on their Android phone).
They'll receive an invitation to accept in the app.
What Android permissions are required?
FirstHabit only requests:
- Notifications: for your habit reminders
- Exact alarms: for precise reminders at the chosen time
- Internet: for cloud sync
- Auto-start: to re-activate reminders after phone restart
The app runs slowly / crashes
Try these steps:
1. Close the app completely and reopen it
2. Update to the latest version on Play Store
3. Restart your phone
4. If the issue persists, contact us with a description and your phone model.
