Welcome to FirstHabit. By downloading and using the application, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FirstHabit, you agree to be bound by these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

FirstHabit is a free mobile habit-tracking application designed for professionals (freelancers, coaches, etc.). It offers:

• Creation and tracking of daily habits
• Statistics and completion history
• Badge system and gamification
• Personalized reminder notifications
• Coach Mode to track clients
• Sleep tracking

3. User Account

To use FirstHabit, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account creation
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Be at least 13 years old
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, copy, or modify the application
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users (notably in Coach Mode)
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Post offensive, violent, or defamatory content
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the app

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in FirstHabit (habits, notes, messages). By using it, you grant us a limited right to:

• Store your content on our servers
• Display it in the application for you
• Sync it between your devices

You warrant that your content does not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or laws.

6. Coach Mode

If you use Coach Mode:

• You are responsible for your contractual relationship with your clients
• You must obtain your clients' consent before inviting them
• FirstHabit is only a tool — we do not intervene in the coach/client relationship
• You are responsible for the quality of the advice you give

7. Advertising

FirstHabit is free and funded by advertisements served via Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of these ads.

You may temporarily unlock ad removal by watching rewarded videos, according to the terms offered in the application.

8. Intellectual Property

The FirstHabit application, its code, design, logo, and all content we provide are our exclusive property or under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent them without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the application settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice or refund.

10. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

FirstHabit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Although we do our best to ensure availability and quality of the service, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The complete absence of bugs
• The achievement of personal goals through the app
• Permanent backup of your data (make regular exports)

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of revenue related to the use of FirstHabit.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

12. Terms Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified in the application. Continued use after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to the consumer's domicile.
